TIC Council, an international association representing independent third-party verification in the testing, inspection and certification industry, has announced that Sébastien Breteau has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of the TIC Council. Sébastien is the CEO of QIMA, a leading provider of supply chain compliance. As a non-executive director, Breteau will offer his decades of leadership experience in supply chain inspection, auditing and digitization to the board of the TIC Council.
