Secure your supply chain by checking your suppliers’ ethical, environmental, social and manufacturing capacities for compliance through QIMA's Supplier Audit Programs.
What is a Supplier Audit Program?
In the scope of a Supplier Audit Program, independent auditors visit your supplier’s manufacturing facilities to analyze their manufacturing capacities, quality management system, structural safety, social compliance or environmental impact. It is the best way to receive a full picture of your supplier’s business and policies, and receive all the information you need to take corrective action, if necessary.
Supplier audits can be conducted to a number of international standards, your in-house policies or QIMA's own Best-in-Class protocol. We can audit your existing suppliers or ones you are contemplating for inclusion into your supply chain.
QIMA offers a range of supplier audit programs to help you engage with capable and ethical suppliers:
Our audit reports are more than a statement of our findings. Each report includes a practical Corrective Action Plan (CAP), with clear objectives and timelines for improvement. We help you keep track of your supplier’s progress and verify their continued compliance or improvement with regular follow-up audits. Meanwhile, you receive access to a wealth of real-time business intelligence on your suppliers, available through our online dashboard and mobile app.
QIMA Supplier Audit Programs aim to help you build long-term relations with your suppliers and achieve continuous improvement. We educate suppliers about your expectations and the audit process with the help of our supplier workshops, held before and during the audit, as well as on an annual basis.
All QIMA auditors are specialists in their field, fully certified and extensively trained in their chosen specialty.
